Our Two-Stage Process


Stage 1 Stages 2 & 3
A 5-micron sediment pre-filter captures rust, dirt, and larger particles from your water source. This helps prevent these materials from clogging pipes or damaging household plumbing and appliances. The pre-filter, housed in the blue casing, should be replaced every 8 to 10 months for best results.

2. Mineral Conditioning


As water moves through the system, it flows over TAC (Template Assisted Crystallization) media containing specialized templates that attract calcium and magnesium, the minerals responsible for scale. When these minerals contact the media, they’re transformed into tiny, harmless crystals right on the surface of the media. This process doesn’t remove the minerals but changes their form.


3. Creation of Stable Crystals


The microscopic crystals formed are stable and remain suspended in the water. Their altered structure prevents them from sticking to plumbing, fixtures, or appliances, as limescale normally forms.
